We wanted to email to thank you for the service that MTA on-site Pre-purchase inspections provided that was above and beyond what we could have ever imagined. Rosemary and Ron performed above the call of duty in the service that they gave to us.
We live in Melbourne so without your service we would have made several unnecessary flights to Sydney. MTA inspected several cars we thought met our needs, but in the end did not live up to the owner’s claims.
We firmly believe that your service is not only an invaluable tool for individuals purchasing a car from Sydney that live interstate, but also for local residents because of the in-depth report and detailed photos that MTA provide.

I normally don’t write to thank businesses for their effort because I am usually disappointed in them. On this occasion I needed to have a car in NSW checked over before I flew up from Melbourne to buy it. The seller was saying all the right things and his photos showed a car worthy of buying. I decided to do the right thing just in case. I booked on-line last night after hours. I was notified by the seller by lunchtime today that the inspection was nearly finished. By 2.30pm this afternoon I had received numerous clear photos and an extensive report on the car via email. I was blown away with the exceptional service and the professionalism shown by this company. I placed a lot of trust in them by looking over this car on our behalf and they excelled. I cannot speak highly enough of them.
P.S. “by the way, the money spent on the inspection saved me over $16,000 because the car turned out to be a lemon. Thank you sooooo much for saving me time and money!!!!”

Whenever I deal with people on the phone these days, the only thing that the person on the other end of the line just wants to get you off as soon as possible without really spending the time to listen and deal with the queries. With yourself, this was a completely different story.
It is the first time that I have had to deal with the MTA and it’s a wonderful first impression that you have left. You not only answered my questions (being ignorant to how things work), but you gave me the time to explain my situation and my stories and understand my problems in full, which made me feel comfortable that the answers you provided are genuine and that I don’t have to call back for a second opinion. It is always good to listen to a voice that is happy and cheery. More so – I got return phone calls and emails – just like you promised!
